Got to develop skills running many different laboratory instruments. The employees were very nice.

Cons

No room for advancement. Stuck in the same position with monotonous tasks. No trust in the part time employees to complete tasks on their own.

Pros

ATI provides opportunity for employees to make an impact and drive valuable results. The people and culture are two of the top reasons that make ATI a great place to work and you are valued as an employee. The 401K is very strong and is at the top of the market. Leadership is very engaging and believes in collaboration, communication and transparency. The leadership team is also very approachable and understands the importance of our employees and the value they offer.
