      Pros

      Excellent work environment at the Millersburg OPS site and, from what I hear, the other sites also. People are approachable and helpful. I am managing a diverse number of challenging projects and that's exactly what I was hoping for. A side benefit is the strong safety environment that has excellent employee engagement.

      Pros

      I feel empowered to execute my career as an engineer here at ATI. I have been given a great deal of responsibility on project work to do and love every minute of it. The peer and management group I work with and under is top notch and supportive of the work I do, and are enthusiastic to lend help and give advice when needed. Great benefits are an added plus! Keep it up ATI!
