excellent benefits lots of pto time plus I receive an incentive bonus for working a off shift my shift is 3 days a week 12 hours a day we receive pay for 40 and overtime after 8 hours a day safety is the main priority over production

Cons

I don't have many downsides the product we make is extremely important so our tolerance for mistakes is low if its wrong its wrong don't try to polish it into being ok

Pros

Overall a good culture that believes in doing what is right. Great 401k program, competitive benefits and pay. Company is positioned well for the next decade as the aerospace ramp drives growth and presents employees with opportunities for growth and development.

Cons

Most locations are situated around manufacturing locations, so it tends to be the typical heavy manufacturing environment which is not appealing to all potential candidates. Some of ATI's businesses are facing challenging operating environments.
