      Horrible communication between upper and middle management, upper management doesn't care at all about employees. american company that doesn't believe in keeping the work in america. They shut down plants with no notice and buy over seas. overall after 22 years I regret working for them, but as their soon to shut down where I work it wont be a problem much longer. It's really hard on families on the west coast when all of the decisions are made in Pittsburgh and Oregon is kept in the dark.
