      Pros

      Company is committed to teaching everyone how to become an owner in the business. The Safety culture is impressive - with an expectation to stop if it's not right, report concerns and everyone is trained in problem solving tools.

      Cons

      Have had to execute some hard decisions including the closure of facilities and discontinuing to offer products that are no longer are competitive. Good news is these are no longer a drag on the company into the future.

      They have good benefits and good pay. Good people. They let you work overtime if wanted. They provide uniforms and wash them. There are opportunities to advance in the company.

      Cons

      The shop is very hot in the summertime. On your feet for long hours. Have to wear a hard hat all the time.
