Pros
ATI Irvine is a very fast growing facility. They are constantly updating their processes, procedures, and facilities, and employing more and more people. There is lots of opportunity to learn new things and grow. Pay is pretty average for a entry level engineer, but 401K plan is amazing.
Cons
The way some of the parts is a little old fashioned. They are starting to move to new software and methods, but most design processes are done in the same way they were 30 years ago.
