      Pros

      I feel empowered to execute my career as an engineer here at ATI. I have been given a great deal of responsibility on project work to do and love every minute of it. The peer and management group I work with and under is top notch and supportive of the work I do, and are enthusiastic to lend help and give advice when needed. Great benefits are an added plus! Keep it up ATI!

      Pros

      Though I've only been a full time employee with ATI for a few months I can already tell what a great place it is to work. The focus on safety, continuing education education, and benefits show that ATI values its employees and wants them to succeed.

      Cons

      Many of the sites are aging and equipment and processes are not necessarily the most efficient. The company recognizes this and has places a lot of weight on Continuous Improvement so that ATI can mature and thrive moving into the future.
