      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, great pay and benefits. Paid holidays. Decent health care. Opportunity for growth within company. Great bonus program. Industry leading technology.

      Cons

      Long hours at times. Small shop which causes everybody to take on multiple job tasks at once. Engineering staff is very new to the industry which creates multiple challenges.
