Good 401k benefits Lower/mid level managers are still ethical, good people

Cons

Upper management preaches integrity but doesn't follow it themselves Company is undergoing takeover from another, close ATI plant and it is going poorly. They pushed all previous, loyal upper management out and placed ATI people in. The new ATI president led the company downhill. We had high hopes and on track for fast expansion but we immediately started going downhill with the new president. New upper management doesn't understand the process or what people's jobs are Not much room for advancement unless you switch departments Not keen on spending money to advance personal skills (ie: six sigma training)

ATI used to be a great company before the steel market collapsed and they cut their production and workforce.

Cons

Job consolidation has put a lot of stress on all employees. Moral is at an all time low.

Interesting work, good compensation, 401K match and benefits

Cons

Long overdue to invest in new IT. Company is using software from the 80's that should have been replaced 20 years ago. Management continues to invest in new, state of the art equipment, but continues to put off new information systems to run it. This is cripples the workforce and resulted in over employment which led to recent lay-offs.
