      Pros

      If you like to use your hands and get paid a nice wage for it, this is for you. Great opportunity to learn about an industry that you other wise would probably never be exposed to.

      21 swing schedule takes away half of your weeks.

      The people and pay are really nice

      Cons

      when certain people are in the office the atmosphere is very tense, its like walking on egg shell. no sense of direction and some people over use there power. not a lot of diversity there.
