Pros
Pay is decent, but doesn’t feel like enough when all the work is disproportionately placed on you. Coworkers (not middle management) are all great.
Cons
Horribly mismanaged company that doesn’t care about its employees, terrible communication, managers and bosses ridiculously out of touch in the worst way, that don’t even understand their employees’ job descriptions. Never even met my boss in real life, he has a middle man call me if they have questions for me. Expect people to be trained in shorter and shorter periods of time, they think it’s like McDonald’s. They straight up lie to their temps about them having to work night shift before they are hired. Bunch of snakes
