Pros

Constant continuous improvements. Good opportunity for cnc machinists. Lastest software and hardware in engineering, Good quality department with staff and cmm's. Many of the machines are relatively new in shop.

Cons

Some fingerpointing. As a group, management couldn't get a handle on late deliveries. Some people continue to work there in spite of their performance, which is depressing for everyone else.

exellent pay and benefits. good working conditions with exellent co-workers all looking out for each other.

Cons

drastic shift changes during training and trial period. vacation fill schedule for all new employees can be trying due to drastic shift change work schedules.
