      Pros

      The people are good to work with. The benifits are good and the company's financial security is very solid. It is a technology forward thinking company.

      Cons

      The organization structure is currently filled with too many vertical layers, and thus the lower-end salaried positions become the work horses without the recognition or compensation.

      Pros

      Ability to work for a High Tech company in a small town where living expenses are considerably less than a big city.

      Cons

      Salaries are on the low side, and befefits can bounce around irradically. Working with a union labor force can be very frustrating if you are working hard to have the company succeed and there is always the threat of a strike.
