      Pay and benefits are average to slightly above average for the area. Many good people who work here.

      Cons

      In the last 4 months we have gone from a site that wanted change badly to a site that now thinks that we are getting what we asked for...talk about going from bad to worse.

      Work was exciting, not for everyone.

      Cons

      Place is running down hill fast. Layoffs, downsizing, and plant closures. Would not recommend anyone take a job there with hopes of a long and stable career. Executive level management has severely hurt the culture. Taken most of the incentives away from working once mighty steel making giant. They still make good profit margins with way less people, so they got what the company wanted.
