      Pros

      Great place to work if you want to polish and hone you industrial electrical skills. Exposure varies different and unique machinery. All electrical knowledge put to the test.

      Cons

      Nepotism at its finest. Every employee is related somehow. Lots of favoritism. Lack of planning and communication between floor manager and high ups. Management has no clue how to delegate work.

      You get a paycheck each week.

      Cons

      Not treated equally. Union workers get free healthcare, and still have a pension plan. Got double the raise NC/SC workers got. Got paid back pay while on strike. Will cut your hours at a drop of a hat. You are just a number. HR is not on your side no matter what.
