Pros

Top 75% 401K plan Quarterly Bonus 6-10% avg. Enough learning opportunities within same team.

Cons

1. No career or salary growth even after 5 years or sometimes a decade with company regardless on your above average/great performance year over year 2. Keep doing work within your team, chances of your creative ideas to be honored is really less as teams are divided and manager don't want to take any overhead, corporate teams decision is final in choosing technology, software's, vendors etc.

Pros

Decent starting pay, but increases are poor.

Cons

Very difficult to grow despite your hard work and efforts. You don’t have to be competent in your job to grow if upper leadership likes you. The compensation model is set-up to pay you well below your market value and leadership expect you to be pleased when they give you a very small increase. Leadership believes that employees just need to adjust to not receiving increases. If you want better pay you need to leave ATI to receive it. Poor employee retention plan!
