      Pros

      401k employer contribution is great but no other positives.

      Cons

      New management treats everyone like they too good to even be bothered to acknowledge or speak with you.

      Competitive wages, Great Co-Workers. the people on the floor make ATI Cast Products Go

      Cons

      If it's not important to management it's not important! Very top heavy on management most of them have never worked in this environment and don't know what it takes to do my job so they can't really help with problem solving. The buddy system is very strong here, If you are on day shift you've got it made. Seems like the off shifts are not important and management won't address it so that sends a message downstream. HR dept. is very cold and hard to deal with, won't return emails or phone calls . Overall Morale is Low
