I enjoyed the work and the people. Most of the middle management is conscientious. They will thrive once business levels increase. They invested big time in their new Hot Rolling facility which was probably needed.

Cons

Upper management makes some stupid decisions IMHO. The lockout of 2015 achieved nothing except hurt business.

Pros

Work isn't too difficult. No stress. No long hours. You can sit at your desk and basically do nothing as long as you are present.

Cons

No career growth opportunities. Still boys club environment. Layoffs every year. Unstable company. Too much focus on getting there at 8am and the appearance of work vs actual performance.
