ATI has a great 401k and Performance Bonus Plan however medical could use some improvement.

Cons

Corporate does not care. Everyone is expendable.

Honestly, the pay is more than likely the only positive factor about this job. There is currently a labor dispute where the company has locked out the workforce in an attempt to save money.

Cons

Work environment is very poor with outdated equipment and dangerous conditions. The company is sneaky in various ways including hiding any injuries that occur to those on the job.
