Pros

I enjoy working her at ATI. They really invest in their employees here. My manager and my co-workers are always very helpful.

Cons

The only con would be their health insurance benefits for salary personnel. All though their benefit package is not terrible, I think it could be better.

Pros

ATI Irvine is a very fast growing facility. They are constantly updating their processes, procedures, and facilities, and employing more and more people. There is lots of opportunity to learn new things and grow. Pay is pretty average for a entry level engineer, but 401K plan is amazing.

Cons

The way some of the parts is a little old fashioned. They are starting to move to new software and methods, but most design processes are done in the same way they were 30 years ago.

Pros

Pay and Benefits are a livable wage. Co-Workers for the most part are helpful and good people. Direct foreman good people for the most part.

Cons

Forget about "Relentless Innovation" as far as improving or updating any of the machinery or improving efficiency threw technology. Those things cost money and are to hard to do. The upper management idea of Relentless Innovation is cutting man hours and doubling or tripling management and hourly work loads and expecting the same quality that does not happen. As far as any real knowledge based training it is hit or miss at best.
