      Pros

      ATI is a great place to work that offers very competitive wages and benefits to it's employees. Employee Safety is of the highest priority and safety training is provided to insure a safe working environment is maintained. Employee development is achieved through a robust training process that provides many opportunities for individuals to advance within the company.

      Cons

      Due to the fact that many production areas at our location operate 24/7 you may be asked to work night shift.

      Good pay and benefits and lower management team

      Horrible communication between upper and middle management, upper management doesn't care at all about employees. american company that doesn't believe in keeping the work in america. They shut down plants with no notice and buy over seas. overall after 22 years I regret working for them, but as their soon to shut down where I work it wont be a problem much longer. It's really hard on families on the west coast when all of the decisions are made in Pittsburgh and Oregon is kept in the dark.
