      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Company has no respect or regard for its employees you are only a number to them. A very greedy company that will do whatever it takes to save money even if that means putting hundreds out of jobs. Don't expect to have a home life when you work for this company.

      Pros

      Very safety oriented! The pay is also very good for the area if you don't have a college degree or experience in a specialty field (i.e. medical, control room operator, welder). If you are very forward thinking and safety minded there is opportunity for advancement. Great for any young guy without a family life!

      Cons

      A lot of paperwork to keep track of and a lot of double standards. The work can be extremely tiring on top of the rotating schedule (Dupont schedule) and graveyard shifts. All shifts are 12 hours as a laborer.
