Pros
Very nice coworkers who are willing to train and mentor you. Teams get along well and work well to cover for empty spots on teams. There is business growth and opportunities to learn and advance within the company. Good management and fair pay.
Cons
The company is slow to bring on new software technology. The ERP is old but works well enough for the business needs. IT support on projects is really hard to get and it makes learning new technologies a very daunting task.
