Hours you fly are good and you not have to network to get students

Cons

You have to go through atp flight school as a student which has a 75% chance of passing the whole program. And after you get hired they are always looking for reasons to fire you.

Company treats you as replaceable in an instant. No work/life balance. Terrible pay and no student integrity with investment.
