      Pros

      4000 rupees for work from office if 75 % attendance is there in office.

      Cons

      It's a yes-boss company. A proper lala company. From salary to other perks, nothing is employee friendly. Relocation from hyderabad to pune is also not entertained without a bond of 1 year. Toxic managers, toxic environment. Policies of the company are there on paper only, but not implemented in the ground level.

      Paychecks typically clear on time

      Cons

      CEO is an idiot and only cares about making a quick buck. They would place their mom at a company if it meant a $2/hr margin. They and everyone who supports them don't care about you, they just want to see you billing or you're fired. Don't waste your time interviewing here, don't respond to the recruiters from here, stay far, far away.
