Pros

Management and ownership listen to sales people, and are open to mutually beneficial changes. Engaging and entertaining work environment. A sales position with unlimited leads! No cold-calling! Normal office hours with a six figure income potential.

Cons

Hard to say. You essentially have unlimited earning potential. Commission only positions could be seen as a con if you're not a strong communicator.

unlimited leads, the staff is very friendly and great to work with

Cons

company just cut back 20% of pay checks to 75% of the sales floor, loosing bank constantly due to a bad titles team. managers play favorites with the top 3 salesmen and play dumb with the rest. Started and things were great but the company will keep taking money even though 40% of the staff will have left by the end of this month. find a job else where you can hardly make 4500 a month here
