I worked for Autopay for more than six years. I worked through two iterations of the company: the subprime buying phase and the auto-loan broker phase. I knew each manager, VP and owner by name. They knew me by my name. I can say the work-life experience was unrivaled. If my son or daughter was sick I could leave for the day with no questions asked. If I needed to go to physical therapy during Friday afternoon for 14 consecutive Fridays I could do so without a stern look coming my way. This company is very progressive in that sense.

Cons

The company is still going through growing pains.

Look forward to making 1650 a month because that's what 95% of their loan consultants make and why they are hiring you to fill the position of the person they lost yesterday. Management are the biggest bunch of idiots I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Owners are blinded by greed and think they are innovative.. They're not... Trust me, go somewhere else.
