Pros

Great co-workers, management, and owners. I've never had a problem personal time or needing time way. The management team allows you to come in and do your job and doesn't Micro managed you in doing so. They are fun, helpful and always willing to assist me in learning more and helping me understand things I may have concerns or questions about.

Cons

Company lunch only once a month, can we get 2, please.

There are none to speak of

Cons

Management plays favorites, the back office is horrible, the leads are not as good as other reviews say, and upper management is too busy to care. The sales goals and compensation changed too so I don't expect for much of the current staff to stay. Do not work here if you value your sanity.

Pros

There's a ton of leads. Managers are always willing to help.

Cons

If you notice on these reviews 2016 was filled with positive reviews. This year 2017 the owners are attempting to do too much while constantly changing the compensation plan for the sales team. The company has changed that the only way you can really make money here is to sell a ton of warranties. There's too many broken promises, lenders quit doing business with the company for obvious reasons.
