Business Outlook
Pros
Pretty good company culture. Some very sharp people in upper management and they're personable. The owners know most employee's names and seem interested in their well being. Money potential certainly there if you put in some extra time. No shortage of leads in the sales area.
Cons
Benefits are a little lacking. No 401K match. The IT systems are lacking, and have lacked for quite some time. While upper management seems aware of the problem, have seen little progress. A lot of operational snafus. The buck gets passed a little too much.
