4yThank you for taking the time to write this review. If possible, I'd really love to explore your feedback around the lack of focus on people. The Global Recognition Manager as well as other people within HR such as the Global Wellbeing Manager work really hard to make sure that people feel appreciated, and are happy and healthy. It would be really great to get your feedback on this area if you have any further comments. If you are able to give this feedback via the US HRBPs then that would be very much appreciated.
