      Pros

      Moving with our SaaS offering at great speed. We already have an Industry leading on-prem real time historian. We are all set to leverage our positioning and accelerate our Cloud adoption. There is a lot of excitement and energy in the company around this while ensuring that our existing customers (who are using the on-prem solution) remain happy.

      Cons

      Cons are being addressed - not too many to begin with - just some harmonization still being done after the merger between OSIsoft and AVEVA however management is doing a commendable job on this front as well.

      Almost never more than 40 hours per week. Mostly work from home. Great people. Very little stress. Everyone is smart who works here.

      Cons

      Compensation may be better at larger companies like Amazon, Google, Apple, etc.
