      Great to Pay the Bills but not to Grow

      Pros

      The people that tend to go into office everyday that you can make small talk with are great. There is also great work life/ balance.

      Cons

      - lack of support from management - growth opportunities depend on office politics and gender bias - suspicious culture around contractors; found that many contractors would take work if they did not have enough in order to keep their job and that they would not always communicate expectations or changes to the codebase - low pay - no lunch - strict with employees going full remote - outdated technological stack
