More stable than other tech sectors, great benefits, freedom to try different roles in the same company

Cons

Salary not as high as it would be at a Microsoft or Google type of tech company, slow to start new initiatives, lots of senior leaders have been there for 20+ years so upward growth may be limited past the Managerial level

The graduate programs lead to limitations in the way you can grow within the company.
