Worst than service based company, never dare to join here.

Cons

No work from home (even though company has the policy, managers wont approve it) No cab facility(even though company has the policy, transport department wont respond to any of your requests) HR wont listen to employees, Managers feel like the owners and treat their sub ordinates as servants
