      Interesting products, huge knowledge base amongst colleagues

      Cons

      Senior Management only interested in Sales figures and Shareholders. Not looking after the workforce, who now, unsurprisingly are starting to go elsewhere.

      Pros

      Except in rare cases where bias affects one, your responsibility would get you all that you deserve. You have a high chance of getting a good work-life balance. Perks and benefits are good. Office outings are in satisfying number. Get your work done on time, and you have your way. A matured management takes care of the new changes that come in!

      Cons

      A few of the managers get into micro-management at times, which spoils the company culture. The higher management must take note.
