      some great employees with high skill sets, ideas for improvement and willingness to do a good job. Products are market leading and well-regarded with customers. Good location / offices, average pay and benefits. Work-life balance is good with flexible working hours.

      Cons

      management team are very inexperienced, disorganised and in-fighting is rife - no one seems capable of making a plan and sticking to it, decisions are reversed continuously, not many ideas for running a FTSE company properly or effectively,
