Work life balance only, less work pressure. Little bit of perks.

Cons

Management is planning to make this a pure service based company. Attrition is very high because of unskilled manager. Manager plays politics like pingpong game and they lie everytime in terms of ratings, hike %. They give bonus but if you resign then they will take back your bonus.
