Good and interesting place, but large and corporate.

Pros

Good benefits and vacation, flexible position, lots of space to grow and learn, and diverse job opportunities. Quintessential "cushy" job. Good facilities and nice people. Fair amount of very experienced folk. Highly recommend for folks interested in family time.

Cons

Large company, so lots of bureaucracy and misapplication of business practices. Since it's a Russian Doll of companies, the attempt to unify under one business model causes stress to subgroups that require fundamentally different business models. Needs to transition senior generation's experience to new and mid-level employees. Work culture has lost its identity compared to prior years.
