      Pros

      Worked for more than 3 years and still cannot find a working atmosphere like this. Great Work life balance. Good tools/techniques to learn. If you are working dedicatedly for Aveva, it will do anything for that employee. Team mates are friendly and offer assistance when needed. Employee oriented company and works for welfare of its people. Its a growing company, still way to go!

      Cons

      Sometimes employees belonging to different regions think that there are differences on basis of regions like north indian/ south indian. But its a misconception. Talent and hard work is considered here.

      Company with more then 45 years experience. Strong position on the market. Stable both in payment discipline and in investment to employee.

      Cons

      Company is passing through the period of changes in the management structure. Crises in the O&G market affected the stable growth. Shipbuilding and Plant clients has reduced budgets for CAD and Engineering Data management. This fact pushes company to other markets.
