      Pros

      Good company for Work life balance. Lots of learning opportunity. Employee friendly company. Anyone can share ideas for innovation. Latest technologies are in use for most of the project.

      Cons

      Higher iteration rate because most of the product belongs to plant, marine and engineering. To understand engineering terminology is a challenging job for employee who dose not having basic idea of plant, engineering etc..

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at AVEVA. People are intelligent and the company actually cared about me.

      Cons

      Layoffs and layoffs. It's understandable though--the company has always been really profitable when oil prices are high, and are attempting to diversify for when they are low, so they are trying to make positive steps.
