It's good in the right roles

Pros

The people I worked with were all amazing. The job itself was not stressful, most times. There was great freedom and work / home life balance if you got work done timely. Direct local management was amazing. Account managers were great to work with. The design role is one of the good ones.

Cons

You are mostly invisible to upper management. You can be overloaded at times but much worse for the job employees. Turnover is a concern in most roles. You will work with a lot of new people.

Biggest AV company worldwide which comes with obvious resource benefits Annual merit increases Lots of growth potential

Cons

PTO allowance is pretty wack Owned by venture capital so corporate decisions are often based on the bottom dollar (for better or for worse depending on the situation)
