Good pay, nice working hours, and great at dealing with COVID and missing work.

Cons

Benefits aren’t great, no overtime opportunities, very hostile / military environment from co-workers and marines (not upper management),

Competitive pay, good benefits, that’s about it

Cons

Management does not care about the employees. They are constantly changing hours without notice and have no regard for personnel safety. Refused to provide safety precautions for COVID-19, and threatened action against employees who brought it to the attention of management. If I could give them zero stars I would.
