no pros, worked there just because it's geographically near and met my then needs due to domestic needs

Cons

bad management, suck-up culture, high management only cared about keeping their positions, keeping the stock price by telling lies, and did nothing for short or long term perspectives

Easy work life, feel of accomplishment (because you have to do more than what was on your job description to cover for people who left / got fired).

Cons

Future is bleak. CEO is still reminiscing the success the company had, and trying to return to glory, but making poor decisions in business and HR. A lot of competition among high and mid management, morale is really low.
