      Pros

      I truly loved working at AWeber. The culture is fantastic. The team members are amazing. The team is the best team I've ever been a part of, and I came to work everyday excited to work with them. Super creative and dedicated, and always pushed and challenged each other to be better. The benefits are amazing. I miss the free lunches. It's evident they care about the team members and want them to be well cared for. If I ever get to work at AWeber again in the future, I would consider it an enormous privilege.

      Cons

      Cross-department and executive communication could be improved. I also felt that we lacked strategic direction from leadership, but the team did the best we could with what we felt was the right direction for the business.

      It's an environment that fuels creative passions and rewards based on creating remarkable experiences for customers and team members. If that's not enough: solid core values, boundless education resources, awesome team members, true work/life balance, entrepreneurial spirit & free gourmet lunches...

      Cons

      AWeber is truly what you make of it. If you are passionate about your craft and or passionate about learning a new craft you'll find AWeber to be an wonderfully supportive and motivating environment. If you enjoy status quo AWeber is absolutely not the place for you. Also, the food is so good you won't look at favorite restaurant the same.
