Pros

AWeber is an awesome company. They really do care for their employees. They provide sitting/standing desks, large monitors, and professionally on premises cooked lunches. The are constantly striving to improve the company culture while pushing forward with new an innovative ideas for our customers. Overall a great company to work for. A place where you are truly a team member and not just a number.

Cons

Due to the relatively flat organizational structure, not many promotions. Lots of opportunity, but if you are a move and shaker, not much room to advance here.

Pros

- Free Food - Good coworkers (but the CEO is terrible. imagine being in a school where your students are nice but the teacher is an insecure dictator) - Nice Area (though in the middle of nowhere)

Cons

The CEO is paranoid and off his rockers. He can't handle any criticism and is full of insecurities. He doesn't allow anyone to work from home yet he works from home every summer. He installs keyloggers on the computers. Don't be surprised if you get fired for e-mailing your dying grandmother during lunch break. He doesn't give promotions or pay raises yet he drives a porsche. He has no ethics. The product you create is basically just spam. Email spam. This company will go out of business in the distant future. Maybe by 2020 or 2030.
