Management won't let employees do their job!

Pros

Work environment is pretty nice, food offerings are decent, casual dress code.

Cons

This company lets a lot of employees' potential go to waste because they simply can't let us do our jobs. It's frustrating when management acts as if you're incompetent and unable to do your job without a helping hand, it's ridiculous!

Nice place to work

Pros

Met some really nice people and people try to help each other out as much as possible; you will have a good support system. Initial training is comprehensive and is a good look into what the job will entail. Fun team building events. It's a good place to start out if you never had a remote job. Definitely room for growth but like any job you have to work up to it but I think liking the nature of the work only helps.

Cons

Low starting pay and work is repetitive. Sometimes it takes a long time for procedures to get implemented which makes sense for some things but not for others. Sometimes interactions between coworkers were awkward, perhaps it doesn't translate well in the remote environment.

Pros

The only pro to working here is there's free lunch but who really cares about lunch when you are miserable.

Cons

The environment and culture is toxic. Their vision is nothing but micromanaging and bullying to all employees. They are completely closed off to constructive critcism. Unless you are part of the original executive team you are not valued, your opinions do not matter. Turnover rate is the worst I have seen in the industry. Management doesn't care if they are burning/churning engineers on a regular basis. Most individuals were completely burnt out and walked around looking miserable.
