      Cons

      I would hit bottlenecks sometimes that could make it harder to complete some tasks but it wasn't a constant. Some of the team members could use training for their interpersonal skills, but that is common in most work environments.

      The people are kind, caring , and helpful. It is a collaborative work environment, and the upper management is committed to helping you succeed. They are accommodating when you need to take time off and have amazing benefits!

      Cons

      Work hours are long and weekend work is required for some weeks out of the month. The work itself is rewarding, but never-ending, and it can be exhausting.

      Low stress work. It's a job you can show up and clock out.

      Cons

      It's going nowhere. There is no vision that will help grow in a crowded market. PTO is a joke. Profit sharing is pennies.
