Pros

Well dressed suit employees and managers. If you like workplace with fashionistas, this is your best option.

Cons

No chance of promote local Philippine employee to next level. Higher position in AXA GO Philippines reserved for foreigner/expat. Local employee is stuck. We interview so many applicant for project manager position in Philippines, but local applicant always fail. Next thing you know foreigner expat worker fills the local project manager position. No reason why local failed interview. I work 10 years already as project manager in past IT companies, and AXA has worst level politics. Rivalry Philippines axa go versus malaysia axa go and axa hongkong. Circus.
