Pros

Opportunities to grow in one's career; international job opportunities; exposure to industry-leading projects and initiatives; very good IT work environment

Cons

Knowledge if the French language opens many doors quicker; late start and late finish work hours; expensive surroundings; colleagues tend not to have spend time in an actual insurance company

Pros

Flexible working time, home office, excellent work place in a great neiborhood

Cons

Bad management decisions are forcing talented employees to leave and are keeping the most negative, uneducated ones. Promotions are mostly tied to being "friend" of the boss, otherwise the is no really a career path.
