Great job diversity in roles can ranging from data entry, coding, IT support, and QA, to policy implementation and clinical informatics. An employee can train and find a niche that fits their skills and interests.

Cons

Not a lot of room for innovation due to constraints caused by strict standards. Otherwise, pretty straight forward.
